As an army veteran, he is a hands-on manager who values being on-site, moving projects forward with speed and precision, and leading his crews with compassion, humor, and straightforward fairness.
At home in East Texas, Ali is a devoted husband and father to five children in a vibrant homeschooling household. A true lover of nature and craft, he spends his free time woodturning, boxing, and writing as a published author. This everyday blend of family life, land stewardship, and artistic discipline shapes his humble, down-to-earth approach—ensuring every commercial build, heavy civil project, and custom home is built with honesty, care, and lasting integrity.
